I have had to stay here many times, and I have always been very pleased! The staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, and the beds are very comfortable. I like where it is located, far enough away from downtown to be quiet, but close enough to walk to and visit. It is an older hotel that has been updated, and some rooms are a little behind in that aspect, but all in all, I am always happy to stay here!
Not enough outlets. These days we've got phones, tablets, and laptops, and it is difficult to plug them in here.

We stayed in the pyramid suite the night before my fiancé proposed. The rooms were beautiful, very clean and extremely comfortable. The fireplace came with a small bundle of logs to use for our own fire, which was perfect to warm up after coming in from the cold. The kitchen came fully equipped with cooking equipment, mugs, glasses, everything we could have needed. The hot tub in the bathroom was a very welcome treat after a long day travelling and the staff were very welcoming and accommodating. I'd definitely recommend it, beautiful suite in a beautiful setting.
